'Smoke alarms save lives:' Fire Marshal says after 75 fire-related deaths in Louisiana

The Louisiana State Fire Marshal's Office is warning residents to stay safe during the cold weather by having working smoke alarms, space heaters clear of blankets and drapes, and at least two escape plans.
