Six horses seized by Presidio deputies for illegal crossing

Six horses were seized by Presidio County Sheriff's Office deputies during a livestock smuggling investigation after concerns arose that the animals had entered the country illegally and were turned over to the USDA for testing and quarantine due to the presence of the New World screwworm parasite.
