Signal upgrades at FM 1788 and SH 191 cut crashes by half

Traffic signal improvements and infrastructure projects at the FM 1788 and State Highway 191 intersection in Midland resulted in a decrease in total crashes from 34 in 2024 to 18 in 2025.
