Shepherd's Watch Ministries bus open to those needing warmth

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — Shepherd's Watch Ministries in Kingsport said on Sunday that its bus will run throughout Sunday night and early Monday morning to provide warmth to those in need of shelter.
