Sex offender charged for taking photos of children at Vernal park, possessing child sexual abuse material

A sex offender from Vernal is behind bars after allegedly visiting a city park and taking photos of children on the playground. Following his arrest, police discovered child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on his phone.
