Several hundred-acre brush fire spreads across U.S.-Mexico border into San Diego

The Border 6 Fire, which started in Tijuana, Mexico, has spread across the U.S.-Mexico border into San Diego County, burning over 400 acres in Mexico and 200 acres in the U.S.
