Several county roads closed due to construction

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Kern County announced that several roads will be closed around the county due to construction and tree trimming work. The impacted roads include Tehachapi Willow Springs Road, from Champagne Avenue to McConnell Avenue. The southbound lane will be closed, and traffic control will be in place to assist drivers.
