Settlement voids MV Realty agreements after investigation into 'deceptive trade practices' impacting Nevada homeowners

Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford and the Department of Business and Industry's Nevada Consumer Affairs Unit announced Friday a settlement with MV Reality following its investigation into "deceptive trade practices" that affected hundreds of Nevada homeowners.
