Semi-tractor fire causes temporary 1-29 ramp closure

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) - At 12:45 a.m. Saturday, emergency responders were dispatched to a reported semi-tractor fire on the southbound I-29 on-ramp at mile marker 140.
