Schenectady restaurant owners to open upscale dining concept in Stuyvesant Plaza

An upscale, locally rooted restaurant and bar will soon be opening in Stuyvesant Plaza. Bar Calvin will be located near the Western Avenue entrance in part of the former TGI Friday's building.
