Santa Run brings 5K races and festive cheer to Pacific Beach

Over 8,000 participants are expected to participate in the 13th annual San Diego Santa Run in Pacific Beach this Saturday, Dec. 13, featuring a pair of 5K races, a Kids 1 Mile race, and a Dog 1 Mile run.
