San Diego Unified claims Gov. Newsom is withholding $90M in funds for local education

San Diego Unified School District leaders say California Governor Gavin Newsom is withholding $5.6 billion in education funding in Proposition 98 funding. SDUSD said their portion of that money is about $90 million.
