San Diego police seek witnesses in fatal shooting of 19-year-old San Diego man

Authorities have identified 19-year-old Deandre Towers as the victim of a fatal shooting in San Diego on Friday night. The San Diego Police Homicide Unit is searching for witnesses and anyone with information is urged to contact the police.
