San Diego County residents excluded from LA Summer Olympics ticket presale

San Diego County residents are excluded from the "Locals Only" ticket presale for the 2028 LA Summer Olympics. San Diego was announced as a host city for the soccer games and LA28 is offering exclusive "locals only" tickets for some residents of certain counties in California and Oklahoma.
