Many flights at the San Diego International Airport were delayed Monday morning and afternoon due to low cloud ceilings and increased demand, according to the FAA. Flights leaving before 9:15 a.m. were delayed by 30 to 45 minutes, while later in the day, delays were expected to be around 16 to 30 minutes or longer.
