Rutherford County Schools Board candidate arrested after campaign sign dispute

Rutherford County School board candidate Chuck Isbell said early Saturday morning he was out putting up campaign signs when he saw his name on top of a different sign put up by his opponent, incumbent RCS board member Tammy Sharp.
