Russell County 911 system experiencing technical difficulties

RUSSELL COUNTY, Va. (WJHL) — The Russell County Sheriff's Office said the Russell County E-911 Communication Center and 911 services are experiencing technical difficulties with its phone systems. Those with emergencies or questions should call 276-331-8242. The sheriff's office said the situation is being addressed.
