Roadwork project to impact travel in area of Niskayuna

The Town of Niskayuna says travel will be impacted in an area of town this week as a construction project begins. Grand Boulevard, also known as County Route 23, will see improvements from Keyes Avenue to Van Antwerp Road, a stretch of about 2,600 feet.
