A Riverside County man was convicted of shooting and killing an off-duty Los Angeles Police Department Officer after the policeman told him to stop tagging a sidewalk. Cristian Facundo, 27, of Temecula, was convicted of his crimes on July 31. He is expected to be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, [...]
