Live racing at Saratoga Race Course has been canceled for Wednesday, July 29 due to torrential rain. According to Meteorologist Matt Mackie, drivers should use extreme caution driving across the area as a slow moving storm system is producing prolific rainfall, and life threatening flash flooding.
