Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office asking for public’s help in solving 2018 murder on its anniversary

On the eighth anniversary of the 2018 murder of April Harris, the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to find the man wearing a ski mask who shot her while she was taking her children to school.
