Public's help wanted in finding 21-year-old missing woman from North County

The San Diego County Sheriff's Office is seeking public assistance in locating 21-year-old Jada Morrison, who was last seen in 4S Ranch on Dec. 21 and has since been spotted in Oceanside and Hayward, California.
