Prosecutor determines deadly force justified by Texarkana officer

The Eight South Judicial District Prosecutor determined that law enforcement officers were justified in the use of deadly force during a traffic stop in Texarkana that ended with the death of 46-year-old Tommy Ray Sevier, who was wanted on a felony warrant.
