Proposed legislation would help fund PBS in Arkansas

Senate Bill 57 has been filed in the Arkansas Senate to provide $550,000 to pay the annual PBS membership through the Educational Television Fund of the Department of Education, and the Arkansas TV Foundation has received a $1 million-per-year gift from an anonymous donor for the next three years to be used for the PBS Dues Fund.
