Proposed changes to SNAP benefit cards passes Pennsylvania House

(WHTM)-- The Pennsylvania House passed a bill that would protect the SNAP benefits program. The bill would move electronic benefit transfer access cards for SNAP benefits to chip-enabled cards by 2028.
