Prime 47 adds prime rib and Oysters Rockefeller to menu ahead of Indy 500 weekend

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Chef Ryan of Prime 47 restaurant is rolling out two new menu offerings this summer, debuting prime rib on Saturday evenings and Oysters Rockefeller in early June, with the restaurant also opening its doors on race Sunday for the first time.

Starting May 30, Prime 47 will serve prime rib exclusively on Saturday evenings, paired with half-price bottles of wine. Chef Ryan said the dish is new territory for the restaurant.

“We never sold it, well, in the restaurant’s history that I’m aware of,” he said.
