Powerful Santa Ana winds bring bitter cold temperatures, topple big rig in IE

The Santa Ana winds drove wind chills into the single digits, forming icicles along the front docks at Lake Arrowhead Village. In Jurupa Valley, the wind was powerful enough to topple a big rig.
