Portions of I-5, Hwy 99 to close overnight for lighting, sign updates

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Starting Monday, April 20, several roads around Kern County will be closed to upgrade lighting and overhead signs.   The closures will be in effect from 1 a.m. through 5 a.m. on both Monday and Tuesday next week, according to the California Department of Transportation.
