Port Allen police issue arrest warrant for Baton Rouge man accused of contractor fraud

The Port Allen Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating Austin Pooler of Baton Rouge, who is accused of contractor fraud over $5,000 but under $25,000 for failing to perform the work he was contracted to do.
