Polis signs bill to expand reach of red flag law

Gov. Jared Polis signed a bill to expand Colorado’s red flag law. The law originally gave family or law enforcement the ability to ask a judge to remove firearms from someone who could be a threat to themselves or others. Now, more people can make that request.
