INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Fraternal Order of Police union is calling for answers after a Marion County judge dismissed charges against a Broad Ripple bar owner, citing constitutional concerns.

The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office says a related case reached a different outcome.
