Police seek man who allegedly broke into SW Bakersfield barber shop with torch

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield Police Department is asking the public to assist in identifying a man suspected of breaking into a barber shop in southwest Bakersfield.
