Police seek help finding person of interest in Troy shooting

Troy Police Detectives are seeking the public's assistance in locating a person of interest in connection with a May 6 shooting that resulted in the death of an Albany woman. Detectives would like to find and interview 35-year-old Kean Wiggins, of Albany, as part of their ongoing homicide investigation.
