Victim suffered leg injury during incident involving two unidentified individuals, NYPD says

Queens, NY — A 21-year-old man was shot inside a residence in the Rockaways, leaving him injured and prompting a search for two unidentified individuals, police said.

The shooting occurred around 7:35 p.m. on March 31, 2026, near Rockaway Beach Boulevard and Beach 99th Street, according to NYPD Crime Stoppers.
