Police search for hit-and-run suspect after Mid-City crash

Police are searching for a hit-and-run suspect after a two-vehicle crash in the Mid-City area early Wednesday morning, in which the driver of the white vehicle remained at the scene and was transported to UC San Diego Health for evaluation.
