Police are looking for a 23-year-old man in connection with a shooting early Thursday morning in Bullhead City, Arizona. A felony warrant issued for Gilberto "Gil" Mendez III indicates he is known to reside in both Bullhead City and across the Colorado River in Laughlin, Nevada.
