Police investigate 'suspicious' death after woman found unresponsive in apartment

A Hispanic woman in her 60s was found dead inside an apartment in the O'Farrell neighborhood on Thursday morning, and the San Diego Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating the suspicious death.
