Police investigate catalytic converter thefts in Chambersburg

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- Police in Franklin County are seeking whoever swiped two catalytic converters. The thefts were reported to Chambersburg Police on April 20, the department said Saturday.
