Pine Bluff opens new park dedicated to Delta music and culture 

Friday afternoon, city officials cut the ribbon on the new Delta Rhythm & Bayous Blues & Wellness Plaza. Located on Bobby Rush Way in downtown Pine Bluff, it's the latest addition to the city's Delta Rhythm and Bayous Cultural District.
