Permanent memorial to Mad Butcher mass shooting victims unveiled in Fordyce

On June 21, 2024, a gunman shot and killed four people inside the Mad Butcher grocery store in Fordyce. Now, just over two years later, a statue in the shape of a heart stands outside the store.
