Pennsylvania highway restrictions announced ahead of winter weather

(WTAJ) -- PennDOT has announced restrictions on Pennsylvania highways ahead of winter weather coming through Central Pa. A winter weather advisory also goes into effect Tuesday morning and will expire Tuesday afternoon.
