Pennsylvania fugitive captured in Ocean County, held on outstanding charge

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A Pennsylvania fugitive wanted by authorities is now in custody in Ocean County after being booked on a forgery charge and held without bail, according to jail records.

Victor Morales was committed to the Ocean County Jail on Tuesday, April 22, where he remains in custody.
