PennDOT removes speed limit restrictions on Pennsylvania roadways

(WHTM) — Several Pennsylvania roadways are having their speed limit reductions lifted Sunday afternoon. PennDOT advised citizens to avoid unnecessary travel this morning due to the recent winter storms, and the following roads were previously restricted to 45 mph speed limits: PennDOT announced Sunday afternoon that the restrictions have been lifted.
