(WHTM)-- A winning lottery ticket worth $1.5 million was sold in Pennsylvania this week. According to the PA Lottery, a Pennsylvania Lottery retailer in Westmoreland County sold a $1.5 million-winning $1,500,00 Super Star Scratch-Off ticket.
