Ordinance restricting ICE agents from county spaces takes effect

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors passed the CLEAR ordinance, which requires ICE agents to present a judicial warrant before entering non-public county facilities, and the San Diego City Council passed the Due Process and Safety Ordinance to limit cooperation with unauthorized federal operations.
