Operation Graduation nets dozens of arrests, citations in Odessa

The Odessa Police Department, Ector County Sheriff's Office and Ector County Independent School District Police Department conducted a joint graduation weekend operation resulting in 17 arrests and 24 citations, with no fatal crashes or alcohol-related deaths reported.
