One in custody in search for handcuffed, barefoot suspects in Tangipahoa Parish

Multiple law enforcement agencies are searching the Robert/Ponchatoula area after two men allegedly ran from U.S. Border Patrol agents during a traffic stop on Monday, Aug. 3.
