One Hospitalized After Self-Inflicted Gunshot Wound at Myrtle Beach Ocean Boulevard Property

Myrtle Beach, SC — A person was taken to a local hospital after a reported self-inflicted gunshot wound inside a room at 1905 South Ocean Boulevard on Saturday morning, according to the Myrtle Beach Police Department. Officers responded at approximately 11:24 a.m. and continued investigating at the property afterward.

The department said residents and visitors may notice an increased law enforcement presence in the area while officers work through the circumstances surrounding the incident.
