(WISH) — Novo Nordisk, the maker of the weight-loss drug Wegovy, has filed a lawsuit against Indianapolis-based pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly & Co., the manufacturer of Zepbound, accusing the company of running deceptive advertising.

The lawsuit targets ads claiming patients using Zepbound lost more weight than those taking Wegovy. Novo Nordisk contends the ads are misleading because they compare the highest doses of Zepbound with the lowest doses of Wegovy.

Novo Nordisk is demanding that Lilly pull the current ads and replace them with accurate information.
