North Little Rock police make extradition, arrest in 2024 deadly shooting

The North Little Rock Police Department has arrested and extradited 25-year-old James Newman in connection with the December 2024 deadly shooting of 20-year-old Michael Cox, and is currently facing charges of capital murder and criminal attempt to commit capital murder.
